It houses an Arduino board with a data logging shield of his own design. That shield holds an SD card for storage, and breaks the other pins out as screw terminals.

The VGADuino-II, is a Graphic Shield specifically designed for Arduino with a higher resolution, and higher speed and offers support for 256 colours. Check out the video below for more details.
