Data centre operator Adisyn has completed its acquisition of Israel-based semiconductor IP business 2D Generation, cementing its entry into the semiconductor space on 9 January.

Data centre operator Adisyn (AI1) has proposed to acquire 2D Generation, an Israel-based semiconductor IP business, with both companies have reached the binding share purchase agreement.
