WebMatrix is a free tool from Microsoft putting together a web server, ASP.NET + Razor, SQL Server CE and an IDE for creating simple websites.

The SQL server is on a shared hosting provider, so I suspect I would not be able to attach a profiler to the sql server database (admin rights needed?).
