If you would like to enable Shared Workbook option, here's a way to add it to Excel Quick Access Toolbar. It is hidden under Excel Options.

Right-click the button that controls the feature in the ribbon to open a pop-up menu. Click "Add to Quick Access Toolbar" to add the feature as a button to the toolbar.

Add as many commands that give you one-click access to your needed ink toolset. Below the list of commands, put a check next to “Show Quick Access Toolbar below the Ribbon”.

Just create a new item for Calendar, Contact, and Journal, and then go to the Editor Options for each type to customize the Quick Access Toolbar.
