Chrome for Android is getting the bottom bar option as we speak. It's currently rolling out to the stable channel.

Chrome on iOS has had it for well over a year, and Google's finally bringing an option for a screen-bottom address bar to Android.

Microsoft is testing a new look for its Edge browser on Android devices, completely doing away with the list-like ellipsis menu and opting for rounded edges. The new design is in A/B testing.
