Maximum Entertainment cancels the multiplayer game set in the world of Avatar: The Last Airbender the company had announced previously.

An Avatar: The Last Airbender fighting game has reportedly been canceled before it could even get off the ground.

Last February, the studio revealed that they have licensed with Paramount to make a new multiplayer competitive Avatar: The Last Airbender fighting game.

It'll be quite a while before Saber Interactive releases its Avatar: The Last Airbender game, but there's a solid alternative in the meantime.

Even while the ideal Avatar: The Last Airbender game may only exist in the mind, it’s a dream worth clinging to. Who knows?
