Bush have appeared on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ to perform a reworked version of their 1996 hit ‘Glycerine’.

In 1996, the promising young British grunge band Bush appeared on Jay Leno’s Tonight Show to perform their big power ballad “Glycerine.” Since then, we’ve let a lot of days go by.

Bush’s hit “Glycerine” helped catapulted the post-grunge band to stardom, including a headlining slot at Woodstock ‘99.

Whatever its subject, Glycerine became Bush’s biggest US single yet when it was released in November 1995, reaching No.28. S ixteen Stone had already sailed passed five million sales by that point.

UPDATE: PledgeMusic wrote us to point out this is a straight-up pre-order — i.e., Bush are not asking fans for money in order to make the album, so the term crowdfunding is not accurate.

That year, Bush released remastered versions of their early albums, including Sixteen Stone, 1996's Razorblade Suitcase, 1997 remix LP Deconstructed and 1999's The Science of Things.
