As head carver of the Empire State Carousel, Holzman collaborated with more than 1,000 artisans to create a full-size, hand-carved carousel depicting animals common to New York state.

Around 100 buses will take part in the 24/7 operating hours of the "Libreng Sakay" program for the EDSA Bus Carousel this December, with some drivers assigned to the night shift.
