Facebook introduced the ability to post 3D models a little while ago with no simple way to actually do it. Microsoft's Paint 3D, however, lets you post quickly and easily.

Paint 3D also integrates with Remix3D, a community where creators can share their 3D models and find ones to use in their own artwork. These models can also be printed with 3D printers.
