I need to create a folder based on the string inside the parentheses and move the file to that new folder. One problem is that some files have more than one value in the parentheses.

Powershell just keeps getting better and better. Why are so many Windows admins still dicking around with VBScript or (shudder) batch files? It's so hard to drag my teammates into the 21st century.
