A user on game hacking forum Unknown Cheats posted screengrabs of alleged source code files for DayZ 0.28 - a version of the game dating back to Christmas.

The developers of the original DayZ mod aren't happy, stating that the monetisation angle 'undermines' Hall's original vision, and is calling for the creators to cease development.
