Click the drop-down arrow in the "Number" area of the ribbon. Choose "General" from the list of options and your phone numbers will now appear as just a series of numbers.

Our province isn't doing anything to existing numbers besides making us add our current area code in front of it (numbers on the second area code will be 10 digit from the start).
