G-code files are normally created when slicing software processes a 3D model, but there are some interesting tricks to be done when G-code is created directly.
Together, both Benchy G-code files had 170,000+ lines of code. I didn't intend to spend a Saturday afternoon sifting through that stuff manually. But I thought, perhaps, AI could help.
A file this large was a bit unwieldy though, so [David] also created a python script which will do the same thing — outputting the G-code and coordinates to brute force any 4 pin keypad.
The built-in Office and PDF support allows an operator/programmer to manage all of shop floor data including: G-Code files, process sheets, part prints, setup instructions, machine manuals, SPC data, ...
TMC-3D, the Technosoft multi-axis motion controller, is now adapted to execute G-code commands. G-codes are translated into TML commands through the G-code to TML converter from the EasyMotion Studio.
