Google Maps has a new feature that will allow users to share their location using Plus Codes. Plus Code is a digital address and it's derived from latitude and longitude coordinates.

Using the Google Maps API Styled Map Wizard, you can customize the colors of virtually every feature of a map, then generate customized HTML code for it with a single click.

Google adds that the technology behind Codes is open-source. If you’re looking to share another location, hold and press on the map location, and you’ll get a Plus Code for that location too.
