The credit balance is found under the Redeem button on (1) the Gift Card redemption page, and the same balance can also be found under Roblox credit when (2) visiting the Billing Settings page.

The credit balance will simply appear under the Redeem option on the Gift Card redemption page. The current balance is displayed under Credit on the Billing Settings page.
