You can show File Path on Title Bar in Excel and Word by creating and running a Macro - and even in Quick Access Toolbar too. This post explains the process in detail.

Figure C Word displays the filename and path in this document’s header. Unfortunately, if you save the file using a different name, you must update the field manually to display the new name.

It’s easy to implement. It automatically updates when you save the file using a new name. It displays the full path, whether it’s local, on OneDrive, or even stored on a SharePoint site.

Instead, highlight all the file names and right-click, then select “Copy as path.” Then go to Word, or any other app, and use Paste. Your list will then show the entire path for each file.
