When it comes time to add new pages to your WordPress navigation menu, all you need to do is log in to your WordPress dashboard and use the Menu page's graphical interface to add those pages.

Add the openspending directory into your WordPress instance's plugin directory (usually wp-content/plugins/). Go to your admin panel, navigate to plugins, find OpenSpending and activate it.
