You can add text-to-speech voices to Windows 10 through your PC's Settings app to read text aloud in different languages and tones.

You can change the voice that your Mac uses to read text and notifications by going to the System Preferences menu.

Navigate to a third-party site that offers text-to-speech voices for Windows, such as Cepstral, NaturalReader or ByteCool. Download and install the TTS package for your operating system.
