Click the letter of the column you want to rename to highlight the entire column. Click the "Name" box, located to the left of the formula bar, and press "Delete" to remove the current name.

Excel mimics the capitalization and punctuation you use, so enter the names exactly as you want them to appear. Begin typing the next first and last name in the next cell in column C.
