How to Bulk-Convert Audio Files in the Linux Terminal - MSN
FFmpeg is a free command-line tool for processing media files. You can use it to bulk convert audio files to change their format, reduce their size, or make their volume consistent.
For video files your choices are 480p (640 by 480 H.264), 720p (1280 by 720 H.264), 1080p 1920 by 1080 H.264), Audio Only, and Apple ProRes (resolution the same as source file).
Step 2: Select the music you want to convert in Foobar2000, then right-click on the selection (s). In the context menu, go to Convert, then choose the three dots to bring up the Converter Setup.
