Press the "Browse" button next to the field labeled "Contact file." Select the CSV file downloaded from Gmail on your hard drive. Click the "Open" button to upload the file.

Choose All Contacts, unless you only want to export a specific group. Choose Google CSV format, then click Export and save the file to your Desktop or folder of your choosing.

The Export Friends to CSV Facebook application creates a .csv file you can import to your Gmail and Outlook contacts, but the data certainly doesn't travel well.
