Salesforce today announced the plan to integrate Einstein GPT and data cloud with its workflow automation tooling Flow.

I then created a Community page in a community using the Lightning Community template Napili and placed a Flow component with the new workflow configured.

The company has been looking for ways to make all of these tools (including Salesforce itself) work better together, and it thinks the answer is using its low-code workflow tool, Salesforce Flow.
