Click the "OK" button to create the drop-down list for the selected cell or group of cells on the worksheet, or "Sheet2." Save the workbook. Hover over a cell to reveal the drop-down list box.
Create Shared Workbook Open an Excel workbook and click the "Review" tab on the menu ribbon. Click the "Share Workbook" button in that section. The Share Workbook window pops up.
If you would like to enable Shared Workbook option, here's a way to add it to Excel Quick Access Toolbar. It is hidden under Excel Options.
