When adding a button, ensure your dashboard is in edit mode. When you select the button from the menu, a button dashboard will appear prompting you to add the button label, link and description.

It already replaces Windows PowerShell in the Quick Links (WinX) menu (the right-click menu on the Start menu button) there, and today we will show you how to do this in Windows 10 too.
