Northern Ireland medical diagnostics giant Randox Health has launched a new service which will allow people across the UK and Republic to access its innovative medical tests.

Both Collinson and Randox’s Rapid Antigen tests provide results within an hour. However, Collinson’s is cheaper costing £32 compared to Randox’s £39.
