ASP.Net Core MVC provides excellent support for model binding, which can be leveraged to upload one or more files with small or large sizes.

A demo of excel (xls) file generation using Apache's POI (HSSF) library. Also shown is the integration with Spring MVC to render the correct view and export excel files.
