Facebook makes it possible to download your contacts, which can then be imported to Gmail. This article explains how to do it.
So your file should look like “Facebook.csv” or something similar. Import into Gmail Now the magic happens. Open up Gmail, and click the Contacts Link.
Go to wherever you saved the contact file, and then press “import”. Your contacts should now be imported into Gmail, ready to use.
