Both the Excel sheets and PowerPoint slides are used side by side and, we often copy the tables and charts from Excel, and paste them into PowerPoint slides to make a slideshow presentation.

if you have access to the source file, you can link a table or graph in Excel to your PowerPoint slide. If the data in the worksheet is changed, it is automatically updated.

In Excel, select the graph you want to include in your presentation. Right-click it and select Copy. Open your PowerPoint and head to the desired slide. Right-click anywhere and select Paste.
