Note: When you open a Command Prompt your working directory is your UserProfile folder. When you open an Elevated Command Prompt, your working directory with be C:\Windows\System32 instead.

Instead of firing up the command prompt and manually navigating the depths of your filesystem, just Shift-Right-click the folder, click Open Command Window Here, and voilà—you're there.
