Click "File," "Open" and browse to your second Excel file. Double-click the file to open it. Repeat the steps for each new file you'd like to open in its own window.

Make sure the Excel file isn’t open — you can’t load data from an open file. Launch Lists from inside your Microsoft 365 account by clicking the Microsoft 365 apps launcher and choosing Lists.
