To download files from Dropbox, you'll need to open Dropbox in an internet browser and find the file you want.

Here you can choose how File Explorer acts -- whether folders open in the same window or in new windows, whether folders are opened with single- or double-clicks, etc.

Press Enter, and then open up another Explorer window. Create a shortcut of your Dropbox, Google Drive, Skydrive, or other cloud syncing folder and drag it to the SendTo folder you just opened up.
