To delay startup programs using the Task Scheduler on Windows 11, click on the Start button, search for Task Scheduler, and open it from the results.

As an alternative, set your PC to wake up on a schedule within Windows. Open the Scheduled Tasks Control Panel, and open Add Scheduled Task. Click Next, then select the application you want to open.
