You can prevent Excel from converting numbers to scientific notation. This post shows how to remove scientific notation in Excel.

In the Maximum iterations box, type the number of times you want Excel to recalculate. The higher the number of iterations, the more time Excel needs to calculate the worksheet.

This just tells Excel, in addition to the colors, make the numbers percentages with no decimals. If you want one decimal place, just add it to the number, e.g., 0.0%.
