Format or delete C drive with using Command Prompt (CMD). This allows you to remove all data and reinstall Windows 11/10.

From the command line, type "backup.bat" and the batch file will run your specified commands: first, copying all files from that directory, then renaming them to remove the extensions.

Use Command Prompt to delete a file If you are unable to delete a file in the traditional way, i.e., by using File Explorer, try deleting that file using Command Prompt.
