Open your PDF file with Adobe Reader. Click the "View" menu, point to "Rotate View" and then click "Clockwise" or "Counterclockwise" to rotate the document 90 degrees.

Warnings The free Adobe Reader software cannot save any changes you make to the PDF, so you will need to flip the picture every time you close and re-open the file.
