While Rockstar Games allows GTA 5 PC players to use mods in the offline version of the game, it also keeps updating the Rockstar Games Launcher which is directly connected to the game’s execution.

This is probably one of the easiest ways to integrate add-on mods into Grand Theft Auto 5, but if they wish to do so, they can also use Script Hook V to achieve the same result.
