I get it. There’s a certain appeal to using a Wacaco portable espresso maker. It’s an espresso machine that's lightweight, very portable, and, because you’re using pods, requires minimal clean-up.
Heaven in a pot... the name says it all. Put cream, milk, espresso, vanilla pod cut open, half of the sugar into a pot and simmer to infuse. Pull out vanilla pod and set aside pan for a few minutes.
