Using Presenter View in PowerPoint lets you view presentations with speaker notes on one computer, while the audience views the notes on a second monitor.

To project your slide notes on the laptop while showing different slides on the second display, just click the Slide Show tab and check the option that says Use Presenter View.

PowerPoint has a section dedicated for trainer's notes so that a presenter can have a private view of what he needs while the audience stays focused and engaged with the presentation.
