Convince the NetBeans developers to change to the configured Scene Builder directory before executing the "SceneBuilder" command. Use an enhanced bash script file, which I have attached to this bug.

The basic gist of this approach is that one uses JavaFX Scene Builder to generate FXML and then that generated FXML is accessed and used from a Java IDE such as NetBeans.
