When you log in to Spotify on your computer you can either use your email or username. If you are unable to access your account using your email then try using the username and vice versa.

First, open the Spotify website in your web browser and log in to your Spotify account. Now, click on the profile icon present at the top-right corner of your Spotify page.

The most obvious sign that someone is using your account is the inability to log in to Spotify. If your password and/or email suddenly don't work, count that as a double red flag.
