Walmart's Onn 4K Pro media streamer packs hands-free Google Assistant, Wi-Fi 6, and all of the media features Google's own current streamer offers into a package half the price.

Walmart has a new Onn 4K Pro streaming device comingt soon, and despite not having officially released, some consumers were able to get their hands on it.

The leaked device features powerful specs, Dolby Vision/Atmos support, and hands-free functionality. While Walmart hasn’t officially announced the Onn 4K Pro, its price could be around $50.

Again, you’ll want to set your expectations for a $50 device, but the Onn 4K Pro remote control is decidedly better than Chromecast’s, and in several ways.

The Walmart Onn Google TV 4K Pro is an excellent streaming box if you ignore its biggest selling point. For $50, you get speedy performance, lots of storage space, and a feature-rich remote control.

Speaking to 9to5Google earlier this week, Walmart said that the “first wave” of Onn Pro devices may come with either a backlit or non-backlit remote. It’s luck of the draw for the time being.

The Onn 4K Pro isn’t a perfect streaming device, but it’s one of the best ways to experience the Google TV UI. Plus, it’s hard to beat the versatility of that USB 3.0 port.
