If you want Internet Explorer to always run in this mode, select "Open File Location" to locate the shortcut in File Explorer.
Step 1: Open the Start menu and click All apps. Find the program you want to always run in administrator mode and right-click on the shortcut. In the pop-up menu, click Open file location.
Granting administrator rights solves this problem. Technically speaking, you do not open a file with administrator rights; instead, you open the file in a program with elevated privileges.
