Week 1, Sept. 7: The Pittsburgh Pirates have a 1:35 p.m. home game against the Milwaukee Brewers, so the only way the Steelers can host a home game for their opener is if it’s on Sunday or Monday Night Football. The Steelers are off the hook for the season-opening game. That’ll be the Dallas Cowboys at the Philadelphia Eagles.

As is tradition, the Steelers will once again be on the road to begin the 2025 NFL season. Pittsburgh typically draws crowds unlike any team in the league so despite them being in a rebuild, we look for four games to be aired in prime time.
