plpy_venv is a simple PostgreSQL extension for managing Python virtual environments for use by pl/python3 in PostgreSQL. WARNING: This is proof of concept code! Do NOT deploy it into production.
Issue Description: When attempting to install Python 3.10 on Ubuntu 18.04 (Bionic), the installation process unexpectedly installs the postgresql-plpython3-10 package instead.
