Learn how to remove Search, Task View, Widgets, and Chat icons from Windows 11 Taskbar. You can hide them using Settings or Registry Editor.

The Task View button appears on the Taskbar, but it can be removed. To remove the button, just right-click on the Taskbar and select the Show Task View button option to remove the check mark.

Show Desktop Remover lets you easily remove and restore the Show Desktop button appearing in the right side of Windows 7 taskbar.

Windows 10: Now you can remove the Search and Task View buttons from the taskbar. You can also see the "blue n" folder icon that I mentioned earlier.

You can now right-click the taskbar, and clear the Show Task View button option to remove the button and free up space to pin another application in the bar.
