Roblox has filed a lawsuit against a player who was permanently banned from its platform, claiming he has been harassing and threatening both the company's staff and events.

Roblox has responded to news the government of Türkiye has banned access to the platform in order to "ensure the protection of our children".

YouTuber RealSchlep, known for exposing alleged child predators within the game Roblox, says the platform has banned his account and sent him a cease-and-desist letter threatening legal action.

This is not the first time Roblox has faced intervention from the government. In Turkey, the government banned the game, citing aggressive monetization and poor content moderation.
