This week, F&I Sentinel announced the addition of experienced software engineers Ryan McCauley and Kevin Ye, who will join the company in key roles to support the cloud-based CITADEL SaaS platform.

The software is designed to ease systems administration through self-management and self-healing features, said Jon Burns, director of Sentinel programs at Blue Bell, Pa.-based Unisys.

Lincoln will work closely with Accenture to provide customization, training, and support to MHRA and to integrate the software with the other capabilities of the Sentinel program.
