Teletubbies were a worldwide phenomenon in the late ‘90s and early ‘00s, a British import that played on PBS to the delight of kiddos (and curious adults) everywhere.

They have their own individual colours and characters and apparently go to "Tiddlytubbies Sleepybyes" on their musical roundy-round bed. So, in many ways, the apple does not fall far from the tree.
