Microsoft Expression Web definitely deserves an Editors' Choice, and I strongly recommend it to anyone who builds Web pages, no matter how simple or how complex.

The same goes for web designers, which is why Microsoft’s Expression Web 4 now offers an add-in model based on HTML+JavaScript.
