We do it on our SQL 2005 servers. Used the SCW to make a baseline basically and then imported it into group policy so all SQL servers get the firewall enabled.
OK, I know I am retarded for running Windows Server 2003 EE on my Dell laptop (which has 2GB RAM). However, I use it as a client most of the time (except when I am testing MSDN server apps).
